Further to the dipping/spraying layers of water onto paper, this was an easier method of doing this effectively.

paper — very exciting to me was this first piece of paper. I like the simplicity of it, and the way time seems to be stopped...

slowly, ever so slowly (depending on the temperature) this kind of thing can easily be built up layer by layer
